I went for the lunch special one day, wasnt too special.
Dinner much better there?
thanks
Had dinner there more than once. Quality was consistently high.
thanks 6:49 - will go for dinner then.
Went last week. Terrible. Suprised its still open.
To be honest, the G-man and I have given it three tries and haven't had much success there for dinner. I love the concept (Larchmont needs a good tapas place) and I think they have an excellent wine list. We thought the food could be better. But if 6:49 is consistently having a good experience, perhaps it is time for round IV.
ok Thanks. perhaps they dont have the same chief as when they first opened to rave reviews. (I'm 6:34 AM)
... when I went for the lunch I didn't get the impression it was a regular chief cooking my lunch meal, perhaps a secondary "cook" I should say at $19.99 though-you wont go home hungary. They do give you alot of food. Glass (table) wine from spain was good too. (very reasonable also)
Thanks for the comments though!
We also gave it three tries and ordered different items and was not impressed. It was expensive and we didn't have any entrees. I don't recommend the food but the idea is great.
Wow, suprised to hear it must have gone downhill like the other restaurants that were there and got "rave reviews" than went down hill. Well they will have food at the fair tomorrow across the street.
